A gentle way to wrap off the weekend, enjoying the time outdoors as the city cools down.
Through gentle partner movement games and casual conversations, we focus on:
Joyful interaction: Lighthearted games that naturally break the ice and build trust.

A mindful wind-down: A soft, uplifting way to pause, recharge, and ease the Sunday-to-Monday transition.
Each game and interaction is designed to be fully accessible, welcoming, and completely adaptable to your comfort level.

Born and raised among Colombia’s rich natural landscapes, Sebas’s journey with movement began with a Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Science. Disillusioned by a conventional healthcare system that often overlooks true body awareness, he sought a more holistic path. This led him to the world of Movement Culture and a three-year journey through Australia, studying under world-class teachers while living close to nature.
Through these experiences, Sebas realized how profoundly our environment shapes our well-being. Driven to create a space that counters the stress of modern life, he returned to Colombia to found Casa Kandamy, a generational family home transformed into a unique movement coliving space centered on movement, stillness, nature, and community.
Sebas’s sessions blend functional movement with playful exploration, offering a welcoming space to step out of your head, discover your body's potential, and connect genuinely with others.
