One day, five elements, a single invitation: to come home to yourself.
Sara
Sara is a yoga teacher, art therapist, and facilitator of transformative experiences, with an approach that blends sensitivity, presence, and human depth. Brazilian by origin and a citizen of the world by vocation, she weaves together mindful movement, practical spirituality, and the search for authenticity in her work. Her style combines gentleness and intensity, groundedness and intuition, inviting each person to experience the body not as something to "perform," but as a place to fully inhabit.
Paula Luise
Paula Luise is a yoga teacher and somatic facilitator with 500+ hours of Yoga Alliance training, with an intuitive, gentle, and trauma-informed approach. She integrates functional Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra with somatic practices and breathwork, creating experiences that ground the nervous system in safety and deep listening to the body. She believes in the power of movement, breath, and presence as tools for support, resilience, and psychophysical wellbeing. She lives and teaches in Bologna, in community centers and online, creating space for being over doing.
10:00 Opening circle
10.30 - 12:00 Air & Fire: Awakening
A dynamic practice that ignites breath and movement. We begin here because air and fire are the elements of momentum — they wake up vital energy, dissolve stiffness, and bring presence into the body through the rhythm of breath and conscious movement.
12:00 - 14:00 Nourishing Earth: Brunch
A pause that is also a practice: eating together, present, unhurried. Nourishment as an act of mutual care, the day's first contact with the earth element. We will walk together to a nearby cafe - vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options available.
14:00 - 16:00 Ether: Space & Sound The Workshop
Ether is the element you can't see but that holds all the others: the very space in which everything happens. This workshop explores it through the body first: movement exploration that invites you to take up space, to feel the edges of the room and your own presence within it. From there we move into a circle chanting Om together, exploring your own voice as sound, vibration, and expression. From taking up space with the body to holding space and being held through the voice and exploring silence.
16:00 - 17:30 VinYin Water & Earth: Integration
The day closes with fluidity and grounding: a slow, watery flow (soft Vinyasa) that dissolves into a deep, earthy Yin Yoga release. Water that softens, earth that holds carrying home everything that's been moved through.
