Starting from the body and the breath, we learn to listen to the body's signals and observe ourselves more closely.
Through mindful movement, we work on:
The breath guides the practice, moving in harmony with each posture and helping us cultivate greater presence. Classes may also include moments of guided meditation, allowing participants to pause, recharge, and step away from the rush of daily life. Each session is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and adaptable to different experience levels.
I discovered yoga over a decade ago, and it has been an integral part of my life ever since. What began as a physical practice soon became a way to slow down, reconnect, and find balance through mindful movement, breath, and self-awareness.
After deepening my practice in London's yoga studios, I completed my first teacher training with Siddhi Traditional Indian Yoga School, followed by further training at YogHub and Triyoga London. These experiences have shaped my teaching, blending traditional yoga principles with a modern, accessible approach that welcomes everybody.
My beginner-friendly Vinyasa classes weave breath and movement into a steady, mindful flow. Rather than striving for the "perfect" pose, I encourage you to experience each posture with curiosity, move in a way that feels right for your body, and embrace the practice exactly as you are.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time or returning to your practice, my aim is to create a supportive, inclusive space where you can build strength, improve mobility, quiet the mind, and leave feeling more grounded.
