Can I apply if I am based outside Italy?
Yes. We welcome partners in Italy and abroad; the application process is the same.
What can I share?
You can present accommodation, experiences, products or coworking spaces.
What happens after I send my request?
We review your application. If approved, you set a password, complete your profile, upload your offer and connect your bank account to receive payments automatically.
Do I need to have every detail of my offer ready?
No. Use the form to tell us about your work and idea. You can add the offer details when you complete your profile.
How is the fee agreed?
We agree on it together during an introductory call after you apply. We consider the service you offer, whether you need to use Beet spaces, and any hospitality services requested.
When do I receive payment?
Payment is processed automatically 48 hours after a service is delivered, a product is shipped or delivered, or a guest checks in at the accommodation.
How are fees invoiced?
Beet issues a monthly invoice for the fees accrued during that month.
Can I list lower prices than on my own platforms?
No. Prices listed on BeetCommunity cannot be lower than the prices shown on your own platforms.
Is there a fee for free experiences?
No. If an experience is free, no fee is charged.
What happens after I submit the form?
We will arrange an introductory call to explain how the platform works, learn more about your offer and agree on the fee together.
Can I also sell through my own website?
Yes. We can integrate the purchase flow into your website, so you can manage digital sales on your own portal at no additional cost.
Are credit card processing costs included in the fee?
No. Credit card processing costs are separate and are not part of the Beet fee.
