Description

What if we approached dating with more intention?

This workshop is for anyone who feels lost when it comes to dating. Maybe your relationships start fast and then crash and burn. Maybe you get swept up in the excitement of a new romance. Or maybe dating just leaves you tired.

You’ll learn how to set a pace that keeps you from feeling overwhelmed, what to look out for when you meet someone new, and how to stay present and intentional especially during the era of online dating and situationships.

Led by Sarah from Figs Therapy, this one-hour masterclass and skill-sharing session brings our international community together to reflect on meaningful connections.

What we'll explore

  • Understanding what you're looking for in dating
  • Recognizing patterns and expectations
  • Communicating needs and boundaries
  • Approaching connections with authenticity
  • Dating with greater intention and self-awareness

Whether you're actively dating or simply curious about relationships, you're welcome. No pressure to share personal experiences.

Feel free to bring your favorite drink or a little aperitivo snack to enjoy during the workshop.

Join us for an Aperitivo in City Centre, Palermo

After the workshop, anyone who wants to can join the group for an optional aperitivo in Palermo city. Food and drinks at the aperitivo are at your own expense.

Meet Sarah: Figs Therapy | Instagram

Figs is an AASECT-certified sex therapist who travels the world while running her online private practice. Her work is inclusive of kink, LGBTQ+ identities, and folks in consensually non-monogamous relationships, and she helps people build confidence, deepen their connections, and feel at home in their own desires.

She believes sex and relationships don’t always have to be serious. They can be healing, fun, and even playful, and talking about them shouldn’t feel awkward. She also hosts the podcast Things I Meant to Say Naked, where she shares honest, funny conversations about the things we all think about but rarely say out loud.

In her workshops, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where questions are welcome, laughter is encouraged, and you’re free to move at your own pace.
