Jordan Segal: A qigong and yoga practitioner and teacher. Fell in love with the beautiful Chinese practice of qigong and its deep wisdom and wholistic understanding of self and nature. Has been teaching qigong for the past 3 years (and yoga and meditation for the past 10 years). Also happens to be a digital nomad, a performance artist, and a lifelong sci-fi nerd.

Qigong: is a traditional Chinese practice that combines round movements, controlled breathing, and mental focus to improve health and well-being. It is rooted in ancient Chinese medicine and philosophy, especially the concept of qi (vital energy) flowing through the body. By practicing qigong, people aim to reduce stress, increase energy, improve balance, and promote both physical and mental harmony.
