Description

Start your Sunday with movement, breath, and brunch in the peaceful setting of Beet Botanical Gardens.

Join us at 9:30 AM for a yoga practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space before the week begins. After the practice, we will enjoy a brunch together, converse and savour the Sunday morning together.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have an established practice, this yoga practice offer an opportunity to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and enjoy a moment of calm surrounded by nature.

What to Expect

Starting from the body and the breath, we learn to listen to the body's signals and observe ourselves more closely.

Through mindful movement, we work on:

  • Strength
  • Mobility
  • Posture
  • Balance
  • Body awareness

The breath guides the practice, moving in harmony with each posture and helping us cultivate greater presence. Classes may also include moments of guided meditation, allowing participants to pause, recharge, and step away from the rush of daily life. Each session is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and adaptable to different experience levels.

Why Join?

Outdoor yoga offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with both yourself and your surroundings. Practicing in nature can help:

  • Reduce stress
  • Improve focus and mental clarity
  • Support mobility and physical wellbeing
  • Create meaningful moments of rest
  • Build connections with like-minded people

Whether you're living in Palermo, staying at BeetCommunity, or simply visiting Sicily, these Sunday sessions are a beautiful way to begin the day.
