Principe G Bio 2023 is an organic white wine made from 100% Grillo by Dei Principi di Spadafora in the vineyards of Contrada Virzì, Monreale.
Winemaking involves spontaneous fermentation from a pied de cuve in concrete tanks. The wine ages for 6 months in concrete followed by 6 months in bottle.
